This leotard was designed to have layers and layers of fringe but due to design changes, this piece was never finished. The fringe alone on this piece costs more than the selling price even! We unfortunately were not able to source the same fringe to add to this piece but figured someone else would be able to put their creativity and love into finishing this piece.
